Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.​​It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To process your return, we require receipt or proof of purchase

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item/s. Please note shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We can replace items if they are damaged or defective. This is subject to photographic evidence of any product/damaged goods, if you do not have photographic evidence of any damages, we will not be accepting the return. If you want to exchange the same item for any reason, contact us for further instructions.
