You have the option to return your order within 14 days from the date of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To process your return, we require receipt or proof of purchase

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item/s. Please note shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We can replace items if they are damaged or defective. This is subject to photographic evidence of any product/damaged goods, if you do not have photographic evidence of any damages, we will not be accepting the return. If you want to exchange the same item for any reason, contact us for further instructions.

We use Royal Mail / Evrii services to dispatch orders within the UK, EUROPE and all other COUNTRIES.

FREE DELIVERY on orders exceeding £24.99 in the UK.

Our Domestic delivery options include the following.

Standard service ( 2 - 5 business days ) for £2.99.

Express service ( 1 - 2 business days ) for £3.68.

 from Monday to Saturday.
