To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To process your return, we require receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

We can replace items if they are damaged or defective. This is subject to photographic evidence of any product/damaged goods, if you do not have photographic evidence of any damages, we will not be accepting the return. FREE DELIVERY on orders exceeding £24.99 in the UK.

Our Domestic delivery options include the following.

Standard service ( 2 - 5 business days ) for £2.99.

Express service ( 1 - 2 business days ) for £3.68.
